SHIPPING & HANDLING
WE PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS.
ORDERS LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE WITHIN 1 - 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF PAYMENT.
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Depending on the mode of shipment chosen, you can receive your order, in as little as 5 business days from the date that it is placed.
Please be advised - We cannot priority ship to PO Boxes - needs to be a physical address.
ESTIMATED SHIP TIMELINES DOES NOT INCLUDE HANDLING TIME
Our DP Coronavirus Face Shields are in stock, so they are available to be packaged and shipped immediately.
All items are shipped out around 1 - 2 working days after receipt of payment.
From there, all international orders will take approximately 5 working days to arrive, if sent via airfreight.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
International delivery can take as little as 4 business days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Processing time: 1 - 2 business days (depending on the volume of order)
You will receive a Tracking Number by email within 24 hours of your order being scanned out of our distribution centre.
(Note that our International fulfilment centre does not ship during weekends or holidays)
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our distribution warehouse is located in the Mediterranean, central to our European, Australasian, American and African markets.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items are packaged in carton boxes (150 units ea.) and these are then packed on European pallets (2250 per pallet) and 103 500 per container.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Our DP Coronavirus Face Shield is a one size fits all item.
HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
We only allow order modification within 5 hours since payment.
CAN I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email. Depending on your chosen mode of shipment, it can take 1 – 5 days.
If you have not receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We provide tracking numbers for all orders.
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?
Within 5 days of receiving the order, you have to request or notify us about a return or replacement the order.
The products have been damaged or are deemed faulty.
You may be liable for local taxes and or duties.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the quantity and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.
